1. Booking and Payment

• All contact bookings must be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized agents.

• Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and online transfers.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Customer:

  • 48 hours before tour date – Full refund.

  • 24 hours before tour date – 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show – No refund.

• Cancellation by Dubai Desert Safarie:

  • In case of weather issues, unforeseen events, or operational challenges, we may cancel the tour. Customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

3. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

• Our packages clearly mention what is included (e.g., dune bashing, camel rides, BBQ dinner) and excluded (e.g., alcoholic beverages, private expenses).

• Any additional activity not mentioned in your package will incur extra charges.

4. Health and Safety

• Customers must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities prior to booking.

• Pregnant women, infants, and people with back/heart problems are advised to avoid certain activities like dune bashing.

• Safety instructions provided by our tour guides and drivers must be followed at all times.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss of property, or damage during the tour unless caused by our proven negligence.

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings and travel insurance coverage.

6. Transport and Pickup

• Pickup and drop-off timings may vary due to traffic conditions or weather delays.

• Shared transfers may include other guests in the same vehicle.

• Self-drive guests are responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point.

7. Behavioral Expectations

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and cultural norms of the UAE.

• Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Photography and Media

• We may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes unless guests request otherwise.

• Guests are welcome to capture their own photos but must respect privacy of others.

9. Changes to Itinerary

• The company reserves the right to alter or modify tour schedules for operational or safety reasons.

• Certain activities may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or government regulations.

10. Governing Law

• All terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes will be settled under UAE jurisdiction.
