Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear, fair, and flexible for our travelers.

✅ General Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to dubaidesertsafaria@gmail.com.
The date of cancellation is the date we receive your written notice.

⏰ Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

More than 24 hours before departure: No charges will be deducted.
12 hours before departure: 50% refund.
If cancellation made at the time of tour: No refund.

📍 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services (e.g., non-refundable hotel rates, special event tickets) may not be eligible for a refund regardless of notice.

🔁 Trip Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once, up to 2 day before the trip date, based on availability.
Price differences due to changes in seasons, accommodations, or activities may apply.

🚨 Force Majeure Clause

We are not responsible for cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will try to offer rescheduling or partial credits whenever possible.
