Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
🕒 Cancellation Terms
- All cancellations must be emailed to: dubaidesertsafaria@gmail.com
- The cancellation date is based on when we receive your email.
💰 Refunds
- More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund
- 12 hours before the tour: 50% refund
- Same-day or last-minute cancellation: No refund
📍 Non-Refundable Services
Some bookings, like non-refundable hotel rates or special events, are excluded from refunds.
🔁 Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed once, up to 2 days before the trip date, subject to availability. Price differences may apply for seasonal or upgraded changes.
🌍 Force Majeure
In the case of natural disasters, political events, or health emergencies, we’ll offer rescheduling or partial credits when possible.
